I was very happy that so many legionnaires and their guests attended the installation ceremony of new officers on July 12, 2007. I want to personally thank District 11 Commander, Jerry Tart for performing the ceremony. The ceremony was full of pride and tradition and we will work hard to fulfill our oath of office.
