Raleigh Police & Fireman Of The Year Awards

Highlight of the February meeting was the awarding of the Raleigh Policeman Of The Year Award & the Fireman Of The Year Award. The first picture is of our Raleigh Police Chief Harry Patrick Dolan addressing the audience about Officer Christopher Bradford. The second picture is the chain of command for Officer Bradford.

Captain D.L. Carter wins the American Legion, Raleigh Post 1 Fireman of the Year Award. Captain Carter is a leader who leads by example. Raleigh Fire Department Capt. D.L. Carter was recognized for an 18-year legacy of trust and respect and his constant dedication and service. Carter has personally worked with many employees to help them earn promotions and instilled in everyone under his command a sense of family and loyalty to the profession.
