Boy Scouts and Cubs
Thirid Vice Chairman Ernest Charles introduced Scout Leaders Raymond March and Steven Burke. He recognized the action of the Scouts and Cubs in placing American Flags on the graves at the National Cemetery in Raleigh for the Annual Program sponsored by Post #1.
